Thank you so much for your interest in C.V. Designs. I’d love to share a little about my journey.
I was raised in New Orleans by my amazing mother, Ms. Valentine, whose love for crafting and sewing sparked my own passion. I spent my childhood watching her create—sneaking in moments on her sewing machine until she finally taught me herself. Those early lessons became the foundation of who I am as a designer.
After Hurricane Katrina, I moved to Atlanta, earned my degree in Fashion Design, and returned home at 22 to launch my first fashion business in honor of my mom. I worked hard, traveled often, and had the joy of designing for so many wonderful clients.
In 2011, motherhood shifted my world in the most beautiful way, and I stepped away from fashion to build a new career in healthcare. I later became a mother of three precious children. Between raising my family and working in healthcare, I believed that chapter of my creative life had closed—until life changed again.
In early 2024, I experienced the heartbreaking loss of my youngest son, my Angel Baby Boy. Through grief, prayer, and deep healing, I found my way back to the one thing that has always brought me comfort and joy: creating.
Crafting, sewing, and designing are more than skills to me—they are purpose, peace, and a piece of my heart. Every personalized and custom-made piece I create carries love, intention, and the spirit of the people who shaped me.
I got this. I can do this. And if you ever face tough times, you will get through them too—because we got this.

Custom‑made designs have always been my passion, but adding personalized designs to my work has become a special tribute to my Angel Baby Boy, whom we lovingly call Caiden Strong. Caiden adored graphic t‑shirts—he was never interested in wearing a plain tee.
While I was creating tutus and accessories for little girls, I thought, Why not make their shirts as well? That simple idea grew into something bigger: personalizing apparel for adults too. And with every personalized piece I create, Caiden’s spirit is right there with me.
Whenever you see a personalized design with a little superhero attached, that’s my Caiden Strong. His favorite words when wrestling with his brother were: “Buffalo Power Activated.”
So now, every time I create, I activate my own Buffalo Powers—for Caiden, for my healing, and for the purpose God placed in me.
Caiden loved to share and give—whether it was clothing, shoes, toys, or anything he felt another child might enjoy. To keep his name and spirit alive, we chose to donate 20% of all personalized design sales to the @CaidenStrongFoundation, a foundation built on love, generosity, and the memory of our beloved son, Caiden.
Grief is unexplainable. One moment you feel steady, and the next you’re overwhelmed. But through it all, we hold on to faith. No matter how difficult the journey becomes, we are committed to pushing forward and keeping Caiden’s legacy alive—one act of love, one creation, and one shared moment at a time.
