CUSTOM-MADE (CM) DESIGNS

All orders are processed on a made-to-order basis. To ensure efficient processing, we kindly ask that you allow a period of 4 to 6 weeks for custom orders.

No rush orders at this time!!

Following the dispatch confirmation, clients should expect to receive their orders within 3 - 5 business days. We advise placing orders in advance to ensure the timely delivery of your custom design. 

INDIVIDUAL PERSONALIZED (IP) DESIGNS

IP design orders usually take 1 -2 weeks for processing and shipping. For ordering 10 or more items, please order at least 30 days in advance to ensure everything arrives by your desired date.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

All orders are dispatched to the designated address submitted to Courtney Valentine, LLC and www.CourtneyValentine.com. All information entered must be accurate at the time of submission. In the event of incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, the order will be resent once the correct address is provided, and the customer will be responsible for repaying the shipping costs. Should you disagree with these terms, your order will be canceled, and custom-made and personalized orders will not be eligible for refunds.

LOST PACKAGES

Packages dispatched to the client but remain undelivered are categorized as lost packages. We kindly request that you contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) for further assistance regarding submitting a claim. It is important to note that lost packages are not the responsibility of C.V. Designs; however, we are committed to assisting you throughout this process should you require our support. Packages currently in the possession of USPS remain their responsibility to ensure that you receive your order. All packages are insured and qualify for a refund through USPS if you have not yet received your package. For additional information, please visit www.USPS.com.

CUSTOM-MADE & INDIVIDUAL PERSONALIZED DESIGNS:

Washing Method: Spot cleaning, hand washing, or delicate washing using cold water and a mild detergent is recommended. The item should be washed separately and not mixed with other garments. Bleach is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from rubbing or twisting the fabric or garment; instead, gently massage it. After washing, rinse the item thoroughly with cool, clean water and avoid wringing the garment. Drying is advised by air drying or drying at a low temperature.

We recommend that formal designs and gowns be cleaned at a reputable and professional dry cleaner. Typically, it is not necessary to have them dry-cleaned after each use. After each use, please allow the designs to air for a few days before storing them in the garment bag.
